28 years old. Sad. Hollywood is crazy these days. Heath Ledger is dead. I won't be surprised if the next one is Britney or Amy Winehouse.
On the 22nd we learned of the tragic and possibly accidental death of Heath Ledger, an actor I admit I have a fondness for. So many things ran through my mind when I saw the new story on CNN - shock, sadness, anger. I don't pretend to know anything about his personal life other than what I've read in the last 24 hours. He was a talented and up & coming actor. He seemed genuinely devoted to his young daughter. He was heartbroken over the breakup with Michelle. He was also depressed and having trouble sleeping after completing filming of the new Batman film, where he portrayed the joker character. Everyone "in the know" claims it will be an inspired performance, that he was acting outside of his comfort zone and really made the character something much more dark and wicked than we have seen before. And now I have to ask myself why?

What demons did Heath have that drove him to such a performance? One that did not allow him to sleep at night even with the help of prescription drugs? Everyone has periods of depression and struggle in their life - why did his become part of his downfall? I do believe his death was most likely accidental - trying to drown his depression in drugs, sleep aids and from what I've read, massages to help him relax. Obviously he was a troubled soul.

The Bible says that all who are weary and heavy burdened can turn to Him for comfort and rest. Did Heath Ledger know Jesus? I don't know but given what I've read I suspect not. And more than any pain he might have been in, more than any heartbreak or life struggle he may have suffered, the thought that he might spend eternity without the love of Jesus breaks my heart. There are no second chances once death arrives on your door. Take time today to tell those you love about Jesus. Even if its hard, even if its unwelcome. The Bible says the Angels sing and dance joyous over even one sinner who repents and turns to God.

I sincerely hope Heath is dancing with the Angels today...rest in peace.

Well I am really down these days. I've been screaming at my parents.
No one knows me.

Through my sessions with my psychiatrist, we’ve uncovered that I have this knack to punish myself. It’s a disturbing thought in a way and I’m still unsure about how to deal with it. See, what happens is that when I feel that I’ve done something wrong, such as hurt a friend, hurt my parents, I take it out on myself. I feel that because of my wrongdoings, I need to be punished. Sometimes it’s through self-mutilation or just a mental beat down. There was even a serious event that landed me bleeding by the glass I threw.

The thing is, I honestly don’t know how to handle this. The logical thing would be to stop beating myself up, but I just can’t seem to find the strength to overcome this large obstacle that controls everything that I do because this contributes to everything from my low self-esteem to my fears. It’s not going to be an easy journey and I honestly have no idea on what to do.

Sometimes, I think that the reason why I’m so depressed right now about school, everyone's expectations I have to consider.

I’m sorry; this isn’t exactly the happiest post around, but that’s what blogs are for, right? If this is too hard for some of you to try and leave a comment on, then feel free to tell me about your thoughts on anything.
Your must be wondering, I dont seem such a person.

Dinner and Planet Earth

On another discovering-my-shopping-haven note, I went to Outback Steakhouse for dinner last night. I don't know why, but I was in the mood for tasty American-Australian cooking and I was not disappointed. I got a steak, which was fantastic, really, and I ocasionally get steak but every so often I just have to.
This one was almost brisket-y, really juicy & tender in the middle but with a spice-rubbed crisp outside and a horseradish sauce. Of course it came with some haricots verts and mashed potatoes. Rachie got mussels & pork, which was like eight pounds of melty meat in what I hear was a very spicy sauce. I did taste it and the mussels were huge and kind of amazing.
That and a sip of Rach's glass of wine and it was a perfect dinner!
Also, the decor is really great too -- a few reused things, naked light bulbs, big wall art that wasn't overbearing or pretentious or cluttering, and a general upscale almost-dinery cosy feel. Just a friendly plug!

Planet Earth is awesome
Ok, I realize that everyone else has already seen Planet Earth. I, however, am overloaded by media and stuff to watch and Gossip Girl(Its over!) and whatever, and so I did not get around to watching it until Wednesday, despite threatening to do so for years. Now I can tell you what everyone else already has: Planet Earth is fucking amazing. I literally have to buy the DVDs now (although I'm actually holding off since I feel like they'd be better on blu-ray, and I don't want to buy them twice). I could watch them over and over again. I learned so much about weird and amazing animals! (Like this! This is a bird! I swear. It's doing a mating dance. I couldn't remember its name so this is the best picture I could find.) I cringed, I (almost) cried (elephants separated from their mom are really sad), I was cuted to death by baby polar bears. Seriously, watch it watch it watch it. It is amazing.

This is old, but my awesome-ness mate had e-mailed it to me and I hadn't gotten to it until now. It's a little short feature from the Times about, basically, how communities and cities in the U.S. look the same everywhere. It makes me think of when my grandma spent some time taking pictures up and down Whittier Boulevard when she was younger.
I wonder sometimes if, pulled out of context, these ugly towns and streets and storefronts could be kind of pretty in a way (like my parents does with random spots in San Francisco, which I have seen before and never thought of as pretty, but sometimes they make them so).
But for the most part, they aren't, and this video is correct, they look the same everywhere.
In a way, it's sort of good ol' Americana, and in another way it's sad because of the lonesomeness of the landscapes (it makes me think of Ghost World, actually, which takes place in LA but which could have been anywhere, and which is a movie about lonesomeness if there ever was one), and in another way it's sad because these places are ugly, and in other way it's sad because of the lack of community.
It makes me very happy that I live on a street full of people who care about the street.
Anyway, it just make me think.
I miss San Fransisco and its beauty.

These days, I am being such a bitch. I am on a purpose to annoy people till they hate me. And I got help from Gowri so it was like: "Stop bothering Nicole. Get Lost. Nicole doesnt wants to talk to you." Blah blah. So I was betweeen two other bitches. Heh. I like it though getting involved in some biatch fest. I just need to get some losers out of my life.

So what's happened in school?
School is somewhat getting me lost. I had 3 quizes in 3 days. Math, History and Science. Home Econs today was wicked. My partner, Gracine, was suppose to melt the butter in the cooking pot but ended up putting a cube of chicken stock so obviously it burnt. I think she is cursed somehow. For science, of the lighting of the Bunsen burner, we had a strikeback. I think it was my fault that I got her burnt.

I learnt alot on religions from Kowth yesterday night. She is an Islam and I thought only Muslims and Arabs have that religion. Well I never ever considered myself a faithful Catholic or if I knew anything about religions.

I don't really give a shit about their warmth excuses or whatever else they come up with to join the CCAs but I decide what I really want.

I previously hated The Veronicas with a passion until i went along to one of the concerts. Its so much fun! I actually heard this song in one of Australia's radio. Its yea a hot song now!

I've not been feeling good these days either. Besides sore throat and eyes, I had swollen eyes on one morning.. my usual thing, my medicine allergy, I took the wrong medicine.
I know I can be allergic to Honey and beef jerky too. Sadly these are worst than my medicine. It swells around the eye. My eyelids and below my eyes swells up and yea it feels like a bag of air and it makes your face feel quite scrunge.

I don't hate you that someone, I just need someone to take my anger out on.

So my laptop is fixed and I forgotten to mentioned that as I was fretting on those question marks that keeps appearing. I've got a few choices for the CCAs: Concert Band. (WHY? Look ahead) IJ News Team.(I know it can fits me when I like to be a geek)
Tennis. (Thats a maybe not or maybe, I've been training a bit. But yet I still don't like sports much) Guitar Ensemble. (I love those accoustic guitars. Its a love.)

Why I would love to join Concert Band is because I love guitars and saxophones. I would love to try out the bass guitar and yes, the saxophone.

My days are guilty much. I've been day-dreaming and always dreaming of horrific things. Lols.

Okay, where to start? Oh yes, updates. I've developed sore eyes and throat and it has already been over 1 week now. So I can be annoying anytime.
The dark days of January are eating me. I think it is a common feeling to have when trapped between many bitter teachers. But the chill has severely restricted my passion to work on something of art right now.
Right I need to find something of art to do some show and tell. I will be glad if there are any ideas now at this moment! The days are really weighing me down.

Fuck.

CRAP SHIT!

Well the past days sucks as I have to go without my personal laptop with all my games, photos and SHIT GRAPHICS ARE GONE. Well I still have to wait a week till I'll be my regular self.
Right I was free this week and I went to T3 with my family and do some shopping, mugging and get on the Skytrain. I effing love the ceiling. It preserves the natural sunlight. Right... and over there we got free hats... with the word: T3 on it. Pfft.
What I like now... I love brit rock and indie music(Stickboy, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Cheifs, The Filthy Youth etc.), much more bitter chocolates, the apple's red color, the rain, cheesy poetry, cinnamon rolls, band tees and tragic love stories.
All these are perfect for bad days.
My heart is heavy—not so much for the lack of television we fans will have to endure (I’ll get to that in a moment) but for the ripple effect the writer strike will have on the Hollywood industry and community.
Lost, Heroes and 24 are quite safe with some scripts pilling while maybe Grey's, Ugly Betty, The Office, etc.., you can expect to get weepy in this month and February.
I’m not trying to get sappy here, but it needs to be said: When Hollywood shuts down, it shuts down for everyone—not just the writers.

Gossip Girl

Okay the previous skin is irritating and I made a new one in half an hour but I am using some one's else base code because I am very tired and out of time to code one now.
I was chatting with my dear good friend, Kowther, from Australia, about school and boys last night. It was a talk I never had for so long. Afterwards she went to play Babysitting Mania which I had played a few days before. Its more or less the same as Nanny Mania which isn't much fun after a few rounds of cleaning diapers and all.

I definitely love those fun everyone had in the past few days in school. It made known who are the good and bad people.

1. Completing 12 episodes of Gossip Girl. Wicked! Am uber hyped up for ep 13 coming out next week. I loveee and lust after both Serena and Blair's clothing in the show.

2. Getting started on more Scrubs and Sex and the Cityyyy ---> THE SEX, OOH YEA BABY!

3. The knowledge that there's still ANTM, Prison Break, Desperate Housewives, Tila Tequila and Heroes(WOO) waiting for me to conquer. *rubs hands in glee* I guess those will have to take a backseat till my next holiday, awww :(

4. Giving away cute chocolates to friends and family, just like Santarina! *throws confetti in air*

Wow! Looks like I have really gotten a little happier after a period of hiding in my shell, being depressed with stuff and being bogged down by other work. The holidays really worked like magic I must say. I am happy once again! I can't believe it! I've got much more than 10 things to be happy about :)

Well today was pure enjoyment, amusement and pleasure today. Everyone was full of fun!

Oh yea I am most definitely a couch potato! Or rather, a bed potato cos' I can switch on the aircon, snuggle under the comforters and watch serials on my laptop the entire day without realising the entire day has passed. I LOVE IT!

SPOILERS AHEAD OF HEROES SEASON 2 & 3.

A-hem:
Firstly what happened in season 2.

1. Ali Larter is not dead. Kill her. I don’t like her. I’m not sure anyone else does either. And she... (alive or dead? read on..)

2. Hiro might as well still be stuck in ancient Japan, for all you are doing with him.

3. Peter Petrelli is back, thank you for that. But instead of kicking ass, he is just turning into a dummy.

4. Sylar is back to being a baddie, but instead of rediscovering his power, he has discovered how to be Darth Sidius.

In regards to number three on that list, let me just say that Peter is not the only character getting dumber by the episode. Everyone is getting dumber, if not in what they say and do then in what THEY DO NOT DO WITH THEIR SUPERPOWERS!

5. Dumb Cousin of Micah (I bite his acting) steals Micah’s backpack, because it has his comic books in it, which are apparently worth six hundred dollars. Probably, Micah has the issue wherein Superman’s left butt cheek makes its first appearance. Also in the backpack is the medal that Micah’s father, D.H. Lawrence, received for pulling someone out of a burning building, before getting shot by a sleazeball in a club, because his wife’s alter egos are all whores.
Anyway, hoodlums and ruffians punch Dumb Cousin of Micah in the nose and steal the backpack, instead of simply telling him how much the comics might fetch, which is all he wanted to know (the answer is probably six hundred dollars).
When Micah finds all this out, he punches his Dumb Cousin in his pre-punched nose (a lonely positive note from the episode).

6. Micah argues with his mother (still not dead) that if they were real heroes, they would go get that medal. His mother, so as not to risk getting smarter, says that they should leave it to the police. She can toss people across rooms like naughty kittens, but she does not want to interfere in the hoodlum and ruffian vs. the police dynamic. Too bad, because someone might have shot her, and she might have died. This may still happen.

7. Other Cousin of Micah, the girl with muscle memory iPod abilities, who has a very sweet voice and a sweeter face and who will probably go on to better things (her own show on the CW), plus another clause, decides that Micah is right, and that they should be using their powers for good (retrieving backpacks). Though she could probably get the medal on her own, she decides to bring Micah. This ends up being a good idea, because without him there, she would have no way of turning off the street lights in front of the Hoodlum and Ruffian Haunted House. While she’s in the house, the hoodlums and ruffians return from their union meeting, a comic book betrays her (with irony!) and she’s caught by the hoodlums and ruffians. They throw her in the back of a van!

8. Micah gets upset when his sweet-faced cousin is thrown in the back of a van by comic book poaching hoodlums and ruffians. But instead of being a hero, and turning that van off (like a street light!) he watches the hoodlums and ruffians drive off in their van with his sweet faced cousin. I believe this decision was made so that Ali Larter can be a hero in next week’s finale. Hopefully, she’ll put on a whipped cream bikini, save everybody, and then die. Have I mentioned that I want her to die? America needs Ali Larter for better things, like maybe a sequel to American Outlaws.

If you’re still reading this, you either really like sarcasm, or you’re an idiot like me, and you’re still watching Heroes.

Hippies would gain power if season 3 sucks. And then everyone would be forced to wear sandals. And then, when it begins to rain hammers, as it inevitably will, plus another clause, we’d all break our toes. Unacceptable.

This is Singapore. We will (steal, exploit and) prevail. JUST KIDDING.
Just psyched because I am sure there will be a few more seasons as it was promised to have 3-5 seasons and 100 episodes.

Ali Larter: According to Heroes insiders, Niki is not expected to return to the show. But her devilish alter ego, Jessica? Oh yeah, we'll see her as soon as the show comes back to the beloved airwaves—when the strike is through! At least, that's the plan according to sources who tell me producers had "done all they could do" with Niki. Micah is not gonna be happy. But at least he'll have Monica...

So the good Niki should be dead. WOOTS and we will see evil Jessica again!

So Niki gets super mad that she is about to get blown up and she summons Jessica, then jessica stays permanently making Jessica one of the baddies of season 3?!

David Anders: I'd bet my beloved, signed Hiro poster that Hiro's sworn nemesis will return. (I've seen that '90s flick The Vanishing and know people can be dug up after being buried alive! Maybe we can even get Kiefer Sutherland to do the digging!) Sources tell me it's not set in stone, but the tentative plan is for Adam Monroe to be back to torment our favorite squinty teleporter—i.e., the "carp." Here's hoping he does.

How exactly is this going to work?! No one knows where he is . . . for now.

Adrian Pasdar: I've heard the production and writing staff is somewhat split as to whether Nathan should return to the show. Allow me to be the first to say WTF? Heroes without the brothers would be like Prison Break or Brothers & Sisters without the brothers: a waste of time! Surely Claire's blood can save her own father, right?! Let's say a little prayer for the older Petrelli, shall we?

There are a million possible ways for them to bring Nathan back, the most obvious one being the fact that he has Adam Monroe's blood in him.Also, Peter's blood can save Nathan and he is right there . . . slit wrists, pour blood down brother' throat. Peter could just go back in time and stop the shots from being fired in the first place. And to ruin the entire "whodunit" of season 3, peter could freeze time and catch the killer. . . ha! ha!

Well yesterday, I didnt talked about meeting Andrea Fonseka.. and the first day of school. Right I didnt completely enjoyed first day of school than the 2nd day. Actually I was gonna dread school. And many more ensuing it.

I thought if I strike lucky maybe I'll not be so sad on first day of school and make some new friends in the new class, otherwise may I not turn up with swollen eyes and scarring wrist on the first day of school.

But I made it. Well I was tired on the first day as I was lagged out by a party.. On New Year's Eve.

Right I met with Andrea Fonseka in FLESH! On New Year's Day! I saw her out at Orchard Road near Far Est Plaza and just outside a Hermes shop. She was lighting her two friends' cigarettes. What a friend.. Well I didnt see her smoke and thats good because she will always be my favourite DOND girl. And she came out without makeup and thats really brave. She's pretty casual dresser too.

Waken up by a phone call at around 1:30pm;
Finally got up at around 2:30pm...
when my cousin arrived at my place;
Got my first bite of food of the day, which is ichigo choco (strawberry coated with chocolate);
Had lunch out at Black Angus;
Came home at 5:00pm
Watched Disturbia DVD;
Watched The Office DVD - the first two discs; season 1
Watched Christina Aguilera's concert - the third disc;
Party with some people I don't know;
Practiced piano - Sonata Tragica by Medtner and Chaconne by Bach-Busoni;
Party over;
Real whacked out;
Shower;
Played a little with Guitarhero;
Wrote in journal...
Done some Japanese homework...
then I went to bed.

2008 is here and I should be glad but not really. My head is spinning most of the time. Well because I was having a late night party at my house so It was pretty awesome. I had a little booze. Its actually 10% alcoholic. Lols. Well having a hangover sucks. The loud music is stuck in my head still..

I dont believe in New Year resolutions anyway. Because it hurts to break it when you just can't do it. So I have to wait a while till I get the web up and done.

1. My teeth are slightly cracked. So I going to get implants fixed on my two front teeth. Well its a small crack.

2. New TV Addiction
If you loved Ugly Betty, you'll get hooked on Gossip Girl, a deliciously scandolous series about rich teens in Manhattan's Upper East Side, who learn everything there is to know throw the all-knowing secret blogger, Gossip Girl.
So next year I've gotta covet some of Blake Lively's and Leignton Meester's wardrobe.

3. Facebook colonises the world
Yeah its pretty great. Throwing sheeps are good enough.

4. Write a book
Tom Hanks is gonna be in How Starbucks saved my life, adapted from Michael Gates
Who knows? My crazy idea about wok-wielding monster-in-laws just might catch Ben Stiller's fancy!

Going to get hosted by a nice hostee! D: Well she said I could get hosted so I am waiting for a reply to get started. This is the best non-solid Christmas gift ever! I've actually been waiting for this for half my years. Yep since I was a young kid. Exactly at 8. I found the skin I going to use. I made it before and I submitted to blogskins but I deleted it because I didnt like the coding.

I talked to Justina last night. I was glad because if I didnt I would not have noticed my mail to get hosted, and she's fun to talk to. :P

I came up with this new song in the shower...goes to the theme of Kelis' Milkshake song. I was imagining nuns singing it in a backyard like Sister Act 2 or something. It goes something like this:

Right.. I am free right now. I went to see a psychiatrist during one of the past few days and I did my eyebrows ^^
My brows were getting bushy. I see no know difference though. But my Mom does.
I got uh a tin box of 930g Famous Amous. And my favourite flavour! OATMEAL AND RAISINS. Hmm, well I got a Guitarhero 3 System:Legends of Rock from my Dad. Gosh I've been rocking out the whole morning with it. Yeah so it has the nunchucks with it to play with my Wii.

My Mom gave me a pair of Chanel sunglasses as she thinks I go no wrong with sunglasses. CLASSY! At least it cost cheaper than my Photoshop. I have to find a way to wear without looking too old for my age.

My sister gave me a book called "Post Secret" because we checked out this web, PostSecret. PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people mail in their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard. So the book is basically the same but it isnt a website.
Its a book of SECRETS. So National Treasure:Book of Secrets, I am going to check it out in an hour. The first one was really good. Hope the sequel will be just as good.
Oh and also, I caught I am Legend on Christmas Day. I forgotten about it. Well its actually good. But I symphathy Robert Neville(Will Smith), his family and dog. A little. Yeah. Zombies that come out at night because of a virus that was suppose to cure cancer patients.
Yeah and his not alone. GAWD. It only has two scenes that will scare the fuck out of you. Good show but it runs really slow like there's a lot of talk, little action.

Gee. I am finally happy. And yeah yesterday's dinner was so filling yet huge. I feel crappy because my stomach feels weird. Yep this morning, my stomach was sick. Well I dont think its because of food poisoning. My mom's cooking rocks always. I guess its because of too much food.

Well just to wish everyone. I AM STARVING. I was eating people online. GAHHH. *BURP*
My dinner is still not done. My menu is HUGE. Lets start with the dessert, I've got Candied apples and Strawberry & Chocolate cheesecake done by ME. Basically they are so simple. (: And a ICE-CREAM LOG CAKE made by my Mom herself! Isn't she awesome?
There are 2 Main courses... Roast lamb & rack with potato wedges that are seasoned with japanese pepper. And roasted young turkey with chestnut stuffing(As usual).
Appetizers... Seafood Bisque soup and Cheese and mushroom soup.

There are guests at my house now so I shouldnt be sticking here too long.
Well just to let your know. I will be busy for the next few days and also on New Year's Eve. I would be away for a while. So Happy New Year in advance. I will miss everyone!

On another day, in the afternoon, the phone rang and I picked it up...

I was kinda in a hurry or else I'd have asked him what that trouble is and where he is and so on...and see how good he is at making stories. Sis? My sister doesn't call me that. And by the way, that sobbing voice is so fake. That stupid guy must be out of school, out of job, out of love...Let's spend a few seconds to feel sorry for him. Yeah I won't.

Well I am up to Gossip Girl episode 11. I am waiting for episode 12 to come out in the US which is in January! I can't wait so long. I love episode 10: Hi, Society. It has cool songs in it. Like The Pierces. They sing pyschedelic songs. I especially love their song Secret. Because the song is so dark and Tim Burton-y.

I am of course shocked of Jamie Spears's pregnancy. Well good for her and her long time boyfriend, Casey Aldridge. She's keeping the baby and that is of course GOOD. Well 12 weeks pregnant for her. But she and the baby's father Casey Aldridge aren't even seeing each other anymore.

Apparently the couple has broken up a few times in the past, and they have no plans to get married. According to Jamie Lynn's interview in OK! Casey has been supportive even though they had not planned this and were both shocked by the news themselves.
Hope to see her baby bump and pregnant glow.

(Sorry, I've had this song stuck in my head all day) It is kinda weird when you can listen to a random song and it reminds you of something in your own life.
I just thought i would feel better doing some art therapy. A lot has changed but some stuff never will. Time is getting less and less... and I dont like that except for the fact that i will be getting into CHIJ next year. You know what.. there are a few people that i really wish would stay in touch more. I dont know what i did to have them stop talking to me, but I'm sorry. i miss having those friends in my life. it would be nice to hear from some of you.. and y'all know who you are! Well I lost most of my contacts so heck.

You've 'gotta' love the cold and flu, season! Other than being sick, I've also been feeling sluggish, and lethargic. My sleeping pattern is off, I've been having trouble waking up, and I've been "foggy". I haven't really been "with it", and can't seem to sanp out of it, easily.

Anyways, I've been doing a lot of thinking the past few days and have come to the conclusion that nothing is ever gonna make any sense at all! Another thing, it doesnt feel like December, it feels like October. Usually by this point, I'd be excited that school is only 12 days away, but I'm not. it still feels like October, when I worry alot and get upset. And now I feeling nostalgic, not because I am feeling homesick as I can't be, I just seem to be finding something in the past. Oh well! So thats all thats been happening in my life. Take care!

I tried but failed - there's no way to escape this current called 'Facebook'.
I don't remember when I got the first facebook invitation but I decided not to touch it as I thought it's just another friendster thing, which I am not impressed with at all.
Then this "uncle" from church invited me to join facebook. Oh, my...! Even an "uncle" is using it and I'm still so "ignorant" about it? No way! Even if I don't like it, I still gotta use it and see how it's like. I can deactivate it or ignore it later if I really hate it that much!
So, I decided to get my facebook last month, after receiving that "uncle's" invitation to join.
And now I'm doing all those "mo liu" (meaningless) things on facebook like throwing a cow at my friends, "buying" them "drinks"...and my favorite is drawing graffiti on their "wall".
And I've found friends from from pre-school who I haven't met/contacted for more than 5 years. Now chatting with one of them on msn...
Seems facebook is not that bad ... =P

Before I start ranting about the fantasticness of Hong Kong, I am back in Singapore! Well I miss Hong Kong still! Just love the hustle and bustle. Don't worry I will elaborate more on my trip.

Anyway, does anybody know the Stance Brothers? They are the eggs I talked about previously.

The cover reminds me of San Fransisco. Turns out to be Helsinki. This album is full of funky new skool jazz. Stuff that makes your head bob. Well, the Stance Brothers really mellows me out when I'm feeling tense. Well right now in my room synchronising my ipod so I can really let out my crazyness.

I love Dexter! Now, I've only actually seen 3 episodes of it yet, but Dexter is the BEST show I have seen in a long time!(since Heroes season 1 and just ended season 2) I may actually say that it is just as good as Heroes! I love Heroes still! I also love Gossip Girl, but I may like Dexter more than that! It certainly is amazin'. Now let me casually list all of aspects of the show I love
- Camera Angles! EEE!!
- The intro is freaky!
- Julie Benz! Darla!
- Terrible morals, please, he's a serial killer
- EXTREMELY HQ, you can even see skin imperfections!
- Clever storylines

Honestly, I can't think of a bad thing to say about Dexter, you should find a way to watch all of the episodes all right now, because they're all awesome. So hit me after watching the 3rd episode...

Okay what are SOME of the things I did in Hong Kong is going to Disneyland. We went at night so we could see the showcase of the Sparkling Castle Lights and Ice Fantasy, in which there were musicians performing a symphony under the baton of Mickey Mouse. I bought a few huge plushies as I really love keeping them. And well get some special items for VMK. Well I really expected these as it is Hong Kong WinterFest which is until Jan 1!

Okay this time I didn't take any toiletries. Lol. Well I love my hotel room because it is a double room! There's a door that links to my parents room! So I was sharing a bed with a my sister and we sure had fun together. In bed, we got a bowl of honeyed and iced popcorns and we get to share while we were watching some movies the hotel provided. We could also ask for any book or movie you'll like as they have a store like Borders in the Lobby. My family gets to access the crew lounge to those who work in SIA. So inside was really nice home feeling that I missed. There was a dart board, few computers and Xbox 360 too. I just missed my games at home. Poo.

My family also went to Ocean Park to see a theatrical mime show Slava's Snowshow at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and a skating show Celebrations on ice. Well the past days made me think that Hong Kong's not just a shopping heaven and a food paradise. It's a winter wonderland, too!

I just wish I could stay there until the end of year so I could be having some great countdown parties. Why? Because there is a must-see multimedia light-and-sound show, A Symphony of Lights, which illuminates the famouse Hong Kong skyline. Then at the stroke of midnight, a pyrotechnic extravaganza will raise the party atmosphere to new heights.

Wow, what an extremely long time it’s been since I posted on here. I have a minute over lunch to go ahead and put something up here to let people know I’m still alive. Mind you, I’m barely alive. Things have been so crazy, I’m lucky if I have time to eat. I will be out soon having Japanese food after this post so I won't have a large chunk of time to devote to elaborating.

I am in Hong Kong where this place is crazy! Sorry I didn't mention that I was flying off but I was out shopping for some bobble hats when I was in Singapore. But anyway I bought awesome CDs and am trying to fatten up my Ipod. Well from the very modern Hong Kong Airport places on Lantau Island.

I haven't physically purchased music in a long long time. Ever since I got my Itunes account, I sort of thought buying CD's was pointless. Specially since once they are on my computer and Ipod(s) I never touch them again. Plus finding a place to store them is a pain in the ass too. I already have enough trouble with my crazy DVD collection. But today I had the day off, the day off to blog in Dad's crew lounge and decided to hit the HMV in Causeway Bay. So we set off from the Causeway Bay MRT station to to the huge book and CD store. The joys of browsing the aisles of racks looking for something to pique my interest suddenly came back to me and I went crazy.

I headed down to HMV in Causeway Bay and bought a set of Radiohead's CDs and its a 7 Disc collection! How cool is that? Well it cost HK$440. So its like S$88? Anyway I don't really bother about currency. And also I didn't picked up any chinese CDs even though I was in HK because most of the chinese songs are like mainstream pop which suck. Well I found other CDs too and well some I judge it by its cover only. Sometimes you get a golden egg and sometimes you get shit. In this case I got the egg.

And Causeway Bay sorts of remind me Time Square in New York - vibrant, exciting, neon-lit and flooded with people. Well done LOADS of shopping! As its a crossroads of the city, a major shopping and entertainment area, and home to Japanese department stores(!!!).

It'll probably be a long time before I go out and buy CD's again but I'm pretty proud of the booty I scored today. I still got a few more days to go.

I'm so impress with these group of artist – 8bitpeoples and Nullsleep, thinking of using Gameboys and Nintendo and other tech engineering or chips from old consoles to create music! I really am dumbstruck by each artist's performance. Sorry for talking about such music if your not into this, but I really wanna share these great tune with everyone!

Mmm rock music, Led Zeppelin, Good times, Bad times. I've been listening to all the songs of the magnifique 70's band. Rock is my life! So rock on, indeed, it truely is my life.

I've also checked out Taylor Swift's songs as they have a lot of stories in it. I dont usually like country music much but It changed my views so check some of her songs out like Teardrops on my Guitar and Our Song!

I'm not quite sure how she does it, but just when you thought that Natalie Portman had reached the height of perfection, she keeps getting perfecter. In her new photoshoot for the New York Times T Magazine, Natalie is looking as beautiful as ever, and edgy too, but she also reveals her thoughtful, intelligent side in a video interview with the magazine. She does say "like" a bit much, though. Oh well, maybe she's not perfect. But she does like Superbad, so she is perfect and one helluva robotic cute beyotch.

I've been playing High Street 5 recently and just the same as Audition but cooler, have greater songs, not cute but sexy cartoons. Aha. But I like it but it can get really quiet sometimes.

I cant play it all the time as I've been going out for the 8th day straight shopping and eating and on Dec the 2nd is the 8 Days Celebrity Boot Flea Market! Branded goods at a bargain! SO I MUST GO!

Just a few days ago, my parents and I went to Parkway Parade just to eat the fresh sashimi at a Japanese shop called Fish Mart SUKIYAKI, it feels like Japan all over again when I visited a ramen shop when I was in Japan.
The shop has really cool sodas with cute bottles but you cant reuse em'. I had some flavors like Blue Hawaiian Ramune and Strawberry Ramune. It tasted so good that my Mom bought 5 bottles for me! It add up to $15 for just 5 bottles of Japanese soda. If I am going to Tokyo, I got make use of my Japanese I've been learning.

I woke up to smell a bottle of perfume! And its for me! Its Anna Sui's Secret Wish. Its the only perfume that isnt too strong or make my nose itches.

IMO, Secret Wish is better than the new Flight of Fancy. Because Flight of Fancy is more for grown ups I guess.

My christmas list isnt done, yet. But I made a life list! In my life, I have to try one of these:

Well I am so glad about my grades and all and today. My birthday gifts are so cool. I got a novel to read from my Dad, a new notebook from Paperchase by my Sis, $1000 cash from my Mom(No kid), a ring from Sam and so on from my other relatives.

I feel like going on a holiday to Hong Kong, San Fransisco and Hokkaido in Tokyo. I am so excited about what my parents' decisions is gonna be! I am starting my christmas list already and one of em' is to get this cute set of GIRL BOXERS! LOL!

But its cute and I dont really care.
My Topshop girl boxers are getting more boring so I need these! Its from Juicy Couture. Its one for every day!

I gotta get a present for my sister too! Her birthday is in days! But she's 21 so what can I do? Getting a present for a super tween is quite hard already!
Finding the perfect present for a gal between seven and fourteen is difficult because that demographic is usually sassy and picky as hell. Think color, lots and lots of color. And something that will make them stand out — but not like a sore thumb. Remember, it has to be just the right amount of cool and pretty. I know, it's a tall order.

My other wish is to get pointed toe flats as the rounded toes make my legs look stumpy and make my feet look stubby and square and are just plain ugly.
And yet my other wish is to get these Bejeweled Heart Rings!

The neckline of Carrie Underwood's dress is almost as interesting as the one on Fergie's but their looks are day and night. This girl is beautiful but I have no flipping idea on what is going on with this dress...
Carrie's frock is the most feminine by far. It stands out because it's so different, but I think it would work better as an engagement party dress. As for her choice of footwear...no comment. What's your take?

Ta dah! The best dressed!
Alicia looks like a tough but chic chick in this heavily beaded number. The neckline looks nice, and the cinched waist is flattering, but the embellishment is a little over the top...especially when her shoes are just as busy. Do you love it or hate it?

Sorry for not updating my blog when I am so FREE! Well I've been playing Habbo Hotel again! Its the UK version this time(Well It always been..). They updated so many cool stuffs: new clothes, new website template, etc. I am addicted. Heh. Imma cute female bear in the game.

Hah! I'm pretty tired of my childish pranks. Still as childish as ever. I admit it 99%. 1% doesn't like me. Well one example, I've been playing too many games recently. So what? I am lacking in maturity.

Previous month, Sam and I was practicing being brats like saying "Whatever!" with attitude, roll our eyes and the whatever hand-sign from a video we saw.
Its about a baby sitting at a table full of adults and amusing everyone to death. That's because some woman keeps coaxing her to say, "Whatever! Whatever! With the hand!" like she's the biggest diva on earth. The adults may laugh now, but in 10 years, she'll be the most annoying kid in school. If that's not good parenting, I dont know what is.

Everyone knows that it is a happy time... so no mentioning of that P-word. Yesterday morning, i quickly went home and started looking at my laptop and didnt know what to do. All i done was looking at the volume button.

So exam fever is over but there's the lack of fun and well Britney lost her custody of her two kids, could stil find time to released her "Gimme' more" video(urgh), she still remains as the sluttiest pop star but should we leave her alone as what Chris Crocker wants us to do?

Now i am going to stack up my DVDs and start watching movies! My dad got em' as I was awfully busy as we know everyone were. One movie in the US, Sydney White, is starring loveable Amanda Bynes where its sort of about the tale of the Modern Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs(which became the Seven Dopes) and i watched a little but yet to tell that tale.

Also, there's a website my friend is urging me to see which is about creative photography of dog poo. Yeah, its weird, she mentioned that their art is, quite literally, crap. It's three guys decorating shit and taking photos of it. Disgusting, but strangely engrossing. So stay tune as i get a glimpse of it.

Right now, all i need is some rest and sleep. This natural observer says so. I wondered if anyone knew that I have some habit. I love to sit in cafes or in school watching people. People told me that this habit of mine is a little bit voyeuristic, though. Well yes i am pretty sick.

Well anyway, I went to Vivocity that day to meet the cast of Heroes and just some things to take note:
1. I was late
2. by a few minutes..
3. and well i felt like a loser rushing with a camera.

dumdum.. but still i won myself a MTV goodie bag at the Comex Fair last weekend the next day. There was a contest and it was a jigsaw puzzle. I lost, and end up with it.

Got home and enjoyed myself with the movie Shanghai Kiss, starring a cute Hayden Pannettire. The beginning, she ends up singing for a sad man. Well all the unreleased movies ain't pirated, some of them i went for sneak previews.

My marks for prelims.. nothing much to say. I don't like to share my marks 'cos they aren't satisfying for me.

WOWOW hmm.. exams.. work, homework, workworkworkwork........had all took up all of my time. Music have always been my part to solace. Keri Hilson is a duper superb singer and songwriter. She wrote for many artists like The Pussycat dolls, Usher and Toni Braxton. I love the the way I are. Again, my music playlist have new songs! I had started liking soul and less R&B(I just can't believe that.). One example: Sukiyaki by 4pm(Its english...)

And my Heroes, yes the cast but only Masi Oka(the geek i adore in the show) and some other small talents (except Hayden Panettiere and Milo who will not be coming! How can that be? THEY ARE SHUPER CUTE!), they are coming to Singapore next Friday at Vivocity at 3pm! I hope i could skip class after school? Umm... i think my parents won't mind. Haha.

I had June Holiday Supplementry classes for this week and it was pretty boring even though everyone brought their handphones to school. Now, I am listening to Song 4 Mutya (Out of Control) by Groove Armada feat. Mutya Buena (formerly of the Sugababes but was replaced) which the song is pretty buoyant yet funky! I am also checking out the MySpace page of Scot dance genius Calvin Harris. He looks like that guy from Third Eye Blind and he sounds like Mylo, but better 'cos he's actually funny. Heyyyyy...

Haven't written in this blog in a while. I have been so busy studying(urgh).

Monday was my performance at the Wayang place and came a little unprepared. Recently, I went back learning philosophy(I learnt it last year at first but stop learning it for a while) and so far i only remember a few things on it like Romanticism and Issac Newton who is a philosopher that discovered the gravitational force after being hit by an apple while sitting under a tree and some latin expressions, poems, Shakesphere and other poets too. Philosophy is sorta cool, huh?
Past weeks, I've watched Napolean Dynamite, Music and Lyrics, Blades of Glory on rental. They were such good movies! CHECK THEM OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!
And Haley Bennett in Music and Lyrics is so gorgeous!

Its going to be a fantastic weekend for me! I got movies coming up to watch AT home. There is Next which is starring Nicholas Cage but has not come out in Singapore. The second one will be Spidey 3! Heard it was awesome though. Third, some korean movies, one of them is A Moment to Remember. I also gotten my 8 Days for this week! I have all of the issues from the start of the year till now! Mother's Day is up, I want to sew a pillow but well I can't even sew or put a thread in a needle either. So it would be a customized card...
Also i put *AWESOME* songs in my profile but its all the way at the bottom of the profile page.
And the song Circle Circle Dot Dot is cool! Its just rap with hip-hop. I heard a few people been singing it, from school and church. The song has vulgarites so they just left those out. Ahhhhh i can breathe now! I've been studying my science VERY HARD! I memorise everything in the science textbook. I would find all my exams hard because if I think that way, I know i didn't wrote a lot of rubbish.

Well Sports Day happened some unexpected events(or embarrassing)
I was asked to help a P3 girl to get her something but i heard "Bag" so i took another girl's bag.. coincidentally, the girl whose bag was taken by me turned around found her bag missing so i just returned and just apologise though she didn't turned back and took a second glance at me.

Another embarrassing incident is during dismissal at the track, i accidentally stepped on Gowri so she was struggling to step on me and i fell on the grass. But gladly, Gowri helped me. Anyway i am sick today so you probably never seen me in school today.

And my sister had watched Saw 3 on DVD and well not suitable for little children like me, Hah. Well its true, its really gory and there is a lot of blood and violence and probably make my whole body weak. I usually cover my eyes with hands everytime i watch a ghost or horror movie/show.

Sorry for not wishing everyone a happy chinese new year yesterday..
So I wonder was it a happy one?

I celebrated early as my dad had to work. The food was awesome.. though I wanted steamboat but my mom said it would be troublesome to clean it afterwards.

Yesterday i had plans to watch some movies(All HK Movies!), at 4:30pm, on Channel 8, there is Black Rose Academy starring Twins, Ekin Cheng & Teresa Mo.

Late at night there was The Twins Effect 2 at 11:30pm at Channel U starring Twins, Jaycee Chan, Edison Chen, Chen Po-lin, Donnie Yen and Daniel Wu. The Twins Effect 2 was an awesome show with all the cast.

On the 17th, I also had a movie to watch. It was Magic Kitchen starring Sammi Cheng, Jerry Yen, Andy Lau, Maggie Q & Daniel Wu.

Anyway, Gong Xi Fa Cai!! Wishing everyone a very happy & prosperous new year. May all your wishes come true and all the best in everything you do.

But before her death, she had severe depression because of her son's death, Daniel Smith, but was happy because she and Howard K. Stern were planning to legally wed. Its very sad, but i can't say I'm surprised. The woman was a train wreck. Anna Nicole Smith RIP.

And another news, Taiwanese TV actres Beatrice Hsu Wei Lun was on her way to fliming and a bright future, when a tragic accident stole her away.
She passed away on the 28th of Jan. She was in a white Mini Cooper driven by her PA when the car hit a divider. went out of control and was subsequently rear-ended by a truck. Her personal assistant escaped with minor injuries, but the actress slipped into a coma and eventually succumbed to her head injuries.

The actress was apparently reading a magazine when the accident happened. Spookily enough, the page she had stopped at happened to be an advertisement for Japanese horror Death Note. The page of the magazine was covered with blood stains.

Hey! Hmm yesterday's trip was alright.. I love those canopy trees.. You wont need a hat there as the trees makes the weather cool.

The most exciting part was that snake fell from a tree but it was a small one.. I was with Orchid & Violet girls and it was near one Violet girl's shoe.
Well, we are not suppose to scream there as its a nature reserve but most people did and of course we step back away from it. The tour guide asked Ms Imelda to take a picture of it as its hard to take it. Other groups also got to see it.

At the nature reserve, we had to like umm climb stairs but it isnt as tiring as we climb in school as most of the time the tour guide stop us and take a look of a plant. You wont sweat a lot there.

And to go back, we went on a steep road and its very steep. Its like you cant stop walking, but its dangerous to run on the road.

Hi! I m getting used to school.. (: still not getting use with the work and Mrs Tan scolding other students(or me..but i aint frequent). Umm and yesterday i saw "Margeret" of PCK aka. Tan Kheng Hua, when i came out of school at 3:00pm, her daughter came later and she looks P3. And my eyes are not playing tricks, my classmates saw it too, Isabel, Tricia, Eliza, Xin Hui, See Yin and Gwenda Lim(Lily).

I have been thinking of creating a new blog to let this old memories past by. And i havent thought of changing the skin.. but i want to. I just love skins with small areas.

Hey! I am in a super good mood today because the skin i submitted got in to "The Top 15 Rated", YAY! Just no SOTD. :(

Today is the first day of cathecism in church, i m usually late. Then everyone is the same people from last year class. And we played bingo! But it's changed into "Bible Jingo". So it involves the bible and stuffs.

Before we did that we had to introduce ourselves then play that game.
The class were divided into 4 groups and my group shouted "Jingo" first! So we can pick a team to forfeit and we pick the boys behind my group(My group consists of 2 girls and 3 boys) 'cos the asked us to pick them but i think they were joking. So we made them do the "Chicken Dance".

Yea you no how boys are, they are not a sporting type. They purposely said that they didnt no how to do so the teacher just tell them to flap their 'feathers' and bend their knees and walked around the classroom.. its just sad that we didnt ask them to walk around the same floor doing that.. :(

So we finished the first round then the all Girls group won and picked the boys behind them to forfeit.

Lets just say the boys behind the all girls group is Group A, then the boys behind my group is Group B and my Group is D and the all girls group is C.

The third round.. both B and A(all boys groups) won at the same time and made both my group and the all girls group forfeit.. mine was pretty simple: Girls walk like boys and Boys walk like girls...

Hi! You know what?!?!??? My mom bought a camera for me and my sissie to share!! The camera shud be on magazines(behind) like 8 Days & I-weekly. Its Nikon SC7 or somewhat. It has the feature, you move your camera around and it will take multiple pictures in 1 screen in 2.5 seconds or more or less.

Hi! Finally i can post!! The work seems to be increasing in school.. and i got a laptop today! I'm sharing with my sissie... and umm no internet connection so have to receive signals from Macdonald's.. and the connecting is shitty as my sister said so.. :)

I dont only stink in english but chinese too.. I forgotten some words i learned in P2 or P3. Hmm and yesterday a naughty girl pulled my hair during recess just to say "Hi!" and she likes GREEN..

And the house meeting wasnt really a house meeting.. i though the teachers will do a lot of talking. We also had to discussed about some recycled materials to bring and Ashira Mui suggested to bring a banana, yea i m not doing anything for sports day but how bout just eating a banana and wave the skin in the air! YEAH, go St. Joan.

Well i wasnt sure on that day too.. so i went to ask Sam and she said she heard my name in class but i know she's partially deaf and i didnt ask anyone else or they think i am boasting. I though i heard "Nicollette" but its actually "Nicole Ann"...

I've been frustated in the workload of school.. and like staying back for nearly the whole week and it irritates me. And i am taking register bus and its like a waste of money, i could take one way but i hate taking SBS bus and the MRT.

Hello! Been really busy with homework and today's homework is just doing a piece of maths WS and read for 45 mins. No chinese homework! YAY! I think i may make one blogskin or change my skin or both..

So this week 8 days is about Felicia Chin, and she had to standing on ice BAREFOOTED and sitting on the ice too, BRR.

And i do miss photoshopping!!!! Still not a pro yet, i am trying to like make nose smaller, thinner, fatter and chins sharper, rounder and well edit people's faces...Its for my sissie(sis), does anyone know how to do that or no where to find tutorials of them.

And.. Gowri got hacked in MAPLE SEA, AGAIN(well the second time), i dont no why i dont feel sorry for her because she got her younger sister's lvl 180+ acc and is 3rd on the ranking(Ranking for highest levels), Gowri had a lvl 24 acc before this.

Re-opening of school is tommorow!!! I am so excited!! I wonder who'll be my classmates! Still, I have to curse the internet. I had to restart the computer which is worth time!! So sad i cant post on New Year's Day..but i will put up a post for yesterday. Yesterday my sister had a project so whole day i was dying of boredom!!!

Hope to see everyone in school TOMMOROW! Sleep Early! I usually sleep at 8:00pm and i hate sleeping early..i dont like naps either and i hate waking up early(I wake up at 5:30am and that sucks!!).

Soon, we'll all be going back to school! AHH!!! I've only read 2 books! :)
I submitted 2 skins on blogskins, 1 yesterday & 1 for today! The one yesterday is this skin! I have been making rings since yesterday..so far i've made 5 rings! One for each finger? Lol.

I won't be that bored nowadays as i found some other things to do..do some blogskins and make until i get one SOTD, watch my cantonese show...now i got another new show; The Price of Greed. Seriously, the worst part in the show is.. because its old-fashion and i terribly hate that. But its not so bad, just only some of the actors are not A-list.

My Internet connection is so bad! Which means its super slow! AND I HATE THAT..I'VE BEEN LOSING CONNECTION ON MSN!!!!

Hey, sorry for not updating for 3 days..i was getting ready for Christmas(and logging into some of my games for free stuffs!)

Christmas is 2 days from now and i can't wait..recently Habbo Hotel UK gave my 6 accs 5 credits each! You only get 5 credits each if you played since last year.

Runescape's christmas special is gonna be good. It haven't come yet but it will on Christmas day itself..the offer will last for 2 weeks. :)

Hi Everyone! Sorry for not posting the last two days, its bcos if i write junk its gonna be very stupid and if i become long winded you won't read my post i guess.

Yesterday night, the shows on Ch 5 was awesome..The Ellen DeGeneres Show follow up by Tyra Banks Show then So You think you can dance which is for 2hrs then Girls Out Loud which was CHEESY! All my FAVOURTIE SHOWS! (:

On 17 Dec, i watched some movies too, I'll Call You which is so boring and i don't even get it!
Then umm..i watched my Disc 2(I watched Disc 1 on the 16th) of Almost Love which is staring Kwon Sang Woo and a girl i dunno.
I also watched Now and Forever which was awesome(bcos there's Choi Ji Woo!). I've no idea why Korean shows have such good LOVE stories and SAD stories.

Oh here's a music video by Gia Farrell whom i dunno sang a song for Happy Feet and it came up during the commercials of The Ellen DeGeneres Show or Tyra Banks Show...
